Hello,
We are Seth and Jaime Gagner currently reside in Maine. We have family in Fort Myers, Venice, and Sarasota so North Port was the perfect central location for us to own a home in Florida as it is close to our families and all that Sarasota County has to offer.
You’ll love our place... not only will you be able to swim in our heated salt water pool while enjoying breathtaking sunsets on the water, but you’ll also be in a safe neighborhood close to shopping, grocery stores, beaches, restaurants, and state parks to explore the area and enjoy all that Florida has to offer!

About Our Place
Our 3 bedroom 2 bath home with saltwater pool has 170 feet of water frontage on a saltwater canal with gorgeous views. Home has been completely remodeled Generac back up generator, Impact Windows, newer appliances including washer and dryer, hot water heater, new vinyl plank flooring, metal roof, pool heater, all new pavers and new screened extend lanai with the panoramic clearview screen and a fenced in back yard. Whole house water filtration system, new boat dock with water, lighting and electricity and a fish cleaning station with a 10,000 pound boat lift.
At our vacation home you'll enjoy all the benefits of life on the water with endless sunsets, fishing and boating. Everything has been newly painted and furnished so the rooms are cozy and bright with a coastal beach theme and the bedding is comfortable.
